1. Parties

5devis.ch is operated by Riveras Sàrl, CH-645.4.108.116-6, Rue de la Dîme 7, 2000 Neuchâtel, Switzerland. These T&Cs govern the relationship between 5devis.ch and its users.

2. Purpose

The platform connects clients seeking quotes with professional providers across the 26 Swiss cantons. The service is free for clients.

3. Free service for clients

The service is completely free for clients. No commission is charged on accepted quotes.

4. Partner fees

Partners pay an annual subscription of CHF 20,000 and a commission of 1.5% on generated revenue. Notice period for cancellation: 90 days.

5. Applicable law

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law, in particular the Code of Obligations (CO). Place of jurisdiction: Canton of Neuchâtel.

6. Data protection (nFADP)

5devis.ch processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP). Contact: privacy@5devis.ch

Payment methods

Payment for your quote is made directly to the provider who carried out the service, using one of the methods below. No payment passes through the 5devis.ch platform — we only connect clients with providers. This applies to both individual and business clients.

PostFinance

Payment via your PostFinance account.

Mastercard

Payment by Mastercard credit/debit card.

VISA

Payment by VISA credit/debit card.

Stripe

Secure online card payment, processed by the payment provider Stripe.

PayPal

Payment via your PayPal account.

Invoice

Payment by invoice issued directly by the provider, according to terms agreed with them.

Bank transfer

Payment by SEPA/IBAN transfer directly to the provider's bank account.
